Yes to all three. Child seats and boosters are Available upon request, additional charges apply. Vehicles have accessible options on request — tell us about wheelchair, walker, or limited mobility at booking and we’ll match the right driver and route. Dietary restrictions are passed to restaurants we book.

Tips are never expected and always optional. If you’d like to tip, 10–15% of the tour price is generous. Many guests leave nothing and we’re completely fine with that; the driver is paid a real wage, not relying on tips.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, we’ll do our best to reschedule rather than charge — we know plans change. Same-day cancellations due to illness or genuine emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis with kindness.

Yes — year-round. Winter Sintra is moody and beautiful (mist through the palaces), Cascais is quiet and walkable, and the Douro is dramatic with low river levels. Only weather-extreme days (rare storms) trigger reschedules. Tours run in light rain and most guests find Portugal in winter cheaper, quieter, and quite special. The exception is the Arrábida tour — the beach swim only works May through October.

Whether it’s a wine-only day across multiple Lisbon-region vineyards, a vintage-car heritage drive, a religious pilgrimage chain (Fátima + Tomar + Coimbra), or a film-locations tour, we’ll build it. Flat rate quoted upfront after a short call.
